Returns — fair for you, fair for us

30-day returns. No attitude.

If you don’t love your stationery within 30 days of delivery, send it back. We’ll refund the product price.

What we can’t take back

• • Notebooks or planners that have been written in (we can’t resell them)

  • Opened washi tape, sticker sheets, or any item with broken seals

  • Anything that’s clearly damaged by you (coffee spills, dog bites, etc.)

How to return

1. 1. Email [email address] with your order number.

   2. We’ll reply with our return address.

   3. You ship it back (you pay return shipping unless we messed up).

Refund timing
Once we receive the return, we process refunds within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Wrong or damaged item?
That’s on us. Email us within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or full refund immediately — no return needed.
